About the Event

We humans are social beings, and regular social connection, through community, friendship, and support networks, is vital for our mental health and wellbeing.

Social isolation is now being associated with an increased risk of mental health problems like anxiety and depression both in adults and children. As an adult, we have had years of experience of freedom and choice, but many children have had that taken away from them, creating mental health issues, increasing feelings of lonely separation and even suicide. A recent study found that people who are socially isolated are more likely to die prematurely, regardless of underlying health issues.

Join this hands-on workshop and discover how Magical U can help YOU, and family members to recover from the negative effects of Isolation and get back on track in all areas of life.

Magical U is a card-based game for kids of all ages. It gets results fast, it’s innovative and fun. As you play Magical U you will learn more about yourself and how your children think and feel and take you relationships to a new level.
